Guided visits to the production centre allow visitors to learn the secrets of caviar and sturgeon meat firsthand. Visitors will travel to the world of this prized delicacy for 60 minutes, through a monograph in which they will discover its history, origins, all stages of the sturgeon’s lifecycle in the wild and in captivity, as well as the process of producing caviar.

Caviar Nacarii offers the possibility of a caviar tasting accompanied by a glass of champagne at the end of the visit.
