PIONEERING FACILITIES
Caviar Nacarii breeds its sturgeon at an altitude of 700 m in exclusive facillities near the town of Les, in the heart of the Val d’Aran. The fish farm is situated on the banks of the River Garona a stone’s throw from its source and in the midst of nature.
The production centre is the only one in the world located in a pristine region that receives pure water from snowmelt, the essential ingredient that allows high quality caviar to be obtained.
The Caviar Nacarii facilities have a minimal environmental impact and operate in a sustainable manner. They are part of a small complex that belongs to the Neoelectra Group, a provider of clean energy devoted to the management of cogeneration assets, and are complemented by the two adjacent companies in the provision of raw materials and waste disposal.
