Caviar Nacarii sells fresh caviar, never pasteurised. This is why we have a live product that evolves with age, is rich in nuances and source of varied sensations, depending on the maturity.
Our traditional caviar has the excellence of flavour that our brand stands by. The size of the roe is that of the standard Siberian sturgeon, with a diameter of between 2.5 and 3 millimetres.
It is available in tins of 10, 30, 50, 100, 250, 500 grams and 1 kg.
